Penny the Park Planner is the first Crusader in the second tier of the Littlefoot's Big Adventure Event.

Once recruited, Penny unlocks Trash Pickup at level 100 where you'll automatically pick up gold and quest items after they've been lying on the ground for five seconds. Good news, the timer gets decreased with her gear! At level 300, her ability Troupe Trooper gives all the Crusaders in the same column as Penny a +50% DPS boost.

She shares the slot with Prince Sal, the Merman, Wendy the Witch, Robbie Raccoon, and Princess Val the Mermaid; as such, she can never be used with them.

Trash Pickup time based on gear:

• No trash pick: 5 seconds
• Common trash pick: 4.55 seconds
• Uncommon trash pick: 4 seconds
• Rare trash pick: 3.33 seconds
• Epic trash pick: 2.5 seconds
• Golden Epic trash pick: 2 seconds
• Legendary trash pick: 1.67 seconds
• Golden Legendary trash pick: 1.25 seconds

• With the addition of Taskmasters to the game, Penny's use in a speed formation for end-game players is drastically reduced, since three Taskmasters in the clicking slots make all pickups instant. However, for those players who haven't invested the rubies or money into getting three Taskmasters, she remains a large speed gain.
• Penny's Trash Pickup ability speeds up area completion. In the World's Wake Free Play, there are 56 areas in every 100 that require item pickup to complete. Assuming no items are manually picked up, the difference in time to clear an area is the base time to auto collect minus the time it takes with Penny. So the time gained over 100 areas is this difference times 56, since only the time necessary to pick up the last item matters.
• Unlike other speedup ability, Trash Pickup is not a formation ability making it unmimickable. Since this ability sets the pickup time and doesn't decrease it by a value, mimicking this ability would do nothing. However, that also make it immune to formation disable handicap from certain objectives or from certain escorts.
• Because of this ability, Penny is usually used as speed crusader together with Turps the Tasty, Sjin the Builder, Baenarall, Angel of Hope, President Billy Smithsonian and Chef Casey. Mindy the Mime is usually added in to mimic two of them. Although Penny is one of the biggest speed gains, she is not mimicked for the above reasons.
• In Get Me Out of Here objective (from Descent into Darkness campaign), Trash Pickup ability is not disabled making Penny the only usable speed crusader in that objective. Testing is required to determine if she is enough to auto collect for this objective and still meet the required time.
