The companion version of Alan the ArchAngel is in the second objective of the Nate's Candy Conundrum event, Recruit Alan the ArchAngel. He occupies the center of the formation and has the debuff "Smite", which affects a random Crusader every 15 seconds, reducing their DPS by 99% for 30 seconds.
